Psychedelic Connect is an advisory and education service and is generally not a "covered entity" under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means information you share with us may not be "protected health information" under HIPAA in the way it would be with a hospital or clinic. Even so, we choose to handle your health information with a high standard of confidentiality and care. Our guidance and advisory services are provided without a fee charged to you or your family. To sustain our work, Psychedelic Connect may receive compensation from treatment providers when we introduce or refer a client who then proceeds with care — most commonly with the ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT facilities in our verified network.
